History
Starting out from a little shopfront on Flinders Road as the North East Neighbourhood House in 1986, North East Community House Inc. (NECH) has grown into a larger part of the community. Now located at Hillcrest, NECH has seen many changes to the community including the renaming of the Hillcrest Community Centre to North East Community House and the transfer of management from the former centre to our current organisation.
